Continuing as supporting partners to The Photography Show and Video Show we're very lucky to catch up with photographer Tommy Reynolds who will be a guest speaker at the show.
Hailing from Kent (not too far from London), Tommy has frequently worked with clients such as Universal Music, Sony Music, Syco Entertainment, The Metro, Olympus, Panasonic and Pixapro. Tommy has also worked with some amazing influencers in the music business; Sam Smith, The Vamps, UB40, Pixie Lott, and Paloma Faith to name a few. On his travels, Tommy releases cinematic behind-the-scenes videos for his rapidly growing YouTube channel, which reaches over 48,000 views a month across his social media channels to an audience of over 50,000 followers.

We do away with legal language and ask Graham about situations we've either been in or come across as working photographers. Who owns the photos you take on your own camera? Should you be charging clients for different uses? What happens if someone uses your images on social media?

So you have a shoot and you’re all prepared and you’re client asks you to take a Covid test and submit the results. What do you do if you test positive? Can you cancel the shoot and rearrange….of course you can if it’s a product shoot or family portrait. But what if it’s an event, a wedding or a shoot with a production company who have spend thousands on one day?
